Netcompany Belgium is seeking a Devops Engineer to shape the future of digital services for European institutions. You will build and scale CI/CD pipelines, automate builds and deployments, and implement IaC across multi-environment setups.

The role requires 6+ years of DevOps experience, strong Git/Docker/Kubernetes skills, and fluency in English. Hybrid work model, competitive compensation, and extensive learning opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in DevOps, CI/CD or similar technical roles.
• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on with Git/version control, Docker and containerised apps.
• Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.
• Infra as Code with Terraform or Ansible required.
• Good Linux, cloud, monitoring/logging, and scripting (Bash/Python/PowerShell).
• Ability to integrate security and quality controls into pipelines; strong English skills.

Responsabilités

• Build, maintain and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate builds, testing and deployments across environments.
• Support development, acceptance, training and production environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code for repeatable provisioning.
• Work with containerised apps and orchestration platforms.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting solutions.
• Integrate security and quality checks into CI/CD pipelines.
• Support releases, deployments and troubleshooting across environments.
• Collaborate with developers and operations teams across the SDLC.
• Contribute to incident resolution and environment stability.
