Netcompany Belgium is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join a cross-border technology team shaping European digital services. You will own automation, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration to support scalable, secure deployments across hybrid environments.

You will work with modern tooling, drive incident response, and help implement high-availability architectures. Fluency in English is required; Belgian operations offer growth and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
• Proficient in scripting and automation.
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and resolve complex application issues with permanent fixes or patches.
• Maintain and optimize performance, data integrity, and security across environments.
• Manage and execute releases and infrastructure changes using automated deployment tools.
• Provision and adapt hybrid, cloud, and virtualized infrastructure components.
• Automate tasks and provisioning using IaC and orchestration platforms.
• Containerize and orchestrate applications to standardize delivery and rollback procedures.
• Implement observability and monitoring to enable rapid incident response.
• Design and document high-availability disaster recovery plans and runbooks.
