Wlgroup in Belgium seeks a DevOps Engineer to ensure production readiness of a Kubernetes-based platform hosted in data centres and cloud environments. You will bridge development teams and infrastructure, keeping deployments fast and reliable.

You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, provision hybrid infrastructure as code, and embed security and compliance controls across pipelines and configurations.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in DevOps or automated platform management.
• Hands-on Kubernetes, Rancher, RKE2 and Docker administration.
• CI/CD and GitOps with GitLab, ArgoCD or Jenkins, and solid version control habits.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, configuration automation with Ansible.
• VMware plus at least one cloud (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Bash or Python scripting; Prometheus, Grafana and ELK for observability.
• English proficiency for cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Administering the container platform on SUSE Rancher Prime and working directly with development teams to bring their applications into production
• Designing, building and looking after CI/CD pipelines that automate testing, integration and delivery end to end
• Provisioning hybrid infrastructure, on premises and in the cloud, as code
• Putting monitoring, logging and alerting in place so the platform stays reliable and fast
• Building security and compliance controls into the pipelines and configurations themselves
• Untangling hard integration and deployment problems across several agile teams
