Job summary

EUSS-IS, a European Commission contract, is seeking a proactive Training & Knowledge Specialist to support content quality, training initiatives and structured knowledge sharing in an agile Service Delivery environment.

In this role you will ensure training plans are coordinated, materials delivered, and documentation kept up to date across SharePoint Online, Confluence and ServiceNow, while liaising with Consortium employers to align learning needs and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in knowledge management, communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Training / Knowledge / Document Specialist role.
• Strong MS Office, SharePoint Online, Confluence or ServiceNow proficiency.
• Excellent English and French communication skills, capable of facilitating training.
• Organized, quick learner, agile, and autonomous.
• Collaborative across teams and departments.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and research learning resources.
• Develop training materials and deliver sessions.
• Plan and facilitate training to ensure effective learning delivery.
• Track participation and maintain training records.
• Coordinate and respond to training needs across the consortium.
• Maintain knowledge assets across SharePoint Online and other platforms.
• Ensure content is clear and consistent for different audiences.
• Support newsletters and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Review and update documentation to ensure accuracy.
