Job summary

Netcompany Belgium is seeking a Training & Knowledge Specialist to coordinate and enhance learning initiatives across the organisation. You will support documentation and knowledge resources while ensuring accurate records and compliant materials.

Responsibilities include developing training materials, coordinating consortium-wide programs, managing content in SharePoint Online, ServiceNow and Confluence, and collaborating with training providers to address needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Knowledge Management, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Training, Knowledge Management or Document Management.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint Online, Confluence and/or ServiceNow.
• Experience in developing training materials and delivering training or workshops.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Strong organisational, collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with an agile and autonomous approach.
• Experience working in a European or international environment is an advantage.
• ITIL V3/V4 certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and improve training and learning initiatives across the organisation.
• Support the creation and management of relevant documentation and knowledge resources.
• Assess training needs and develop relevant learning materials and sessions.
• Coordinate consortium-wide training programmes, including ITIL, Lean Six Sigma and AI Literacy.
• Plan and facilitate training activities and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
• Track training participation, completion and maintain accurate training records.
• Coordinate with employers and training providers to address training needs.
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve training programmes.
• Coordinate newsletters and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Create and maintain knowledge assets, including best practices, workflows and guidelines.
• Manage content across SharePoint Online, ServiceNow and Confluence.
• Review and improve documentation while ensuring consistency and compliance with relevant policies and standards.
