Job summary

Netcompany Belgium seeks a Training & Knowledge Specialist to coordinate and improve training initiatives across the organisation, while supporting documentation and knowledge resources. You will manage content across SharePoint Online, ServiceNow and Confluence and ensure documentation aligns with policies.

Requirements include a degree in Knowledge Management or related field, 2+ years in training or knowledge management, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Knowledge Management, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Training, Knowledge Management or Document Management.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint Online, Confluence and/or ServiceNow.
• Experience in developing training materials and delivering training or workshops.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Strong organisational, collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with an agile and autonomous approach.
• Adaptable, organised and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience working in a European or international environment is an advantage.
• ITIL V3/V4 certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and develop relevant learning materials and sessions.
• Coordinate Consortium-wide training programmes, including ITIL, Lean Six Sigma and AI Literacy.
• Plan and facilitate training activities and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
• Track training participation, completion and maintain accurate training records.
• Coordinate with employers and training providers to address training needs.
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve training programmes.
• Coordinate newsletters and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Create and maintain knowledge assets, including best practices, workflows and guidelines.
• Manage content across SharePoint Online, ServiceNow and Confluence.
• Review and improve documentation while ensuring consistency and compliance with relevant policies and standards.
