Hilton Brussels Grand Place is seeking a Kitchen Trainee for an internship of at least 3 months starting in 2026. You will work with the restaurant and Banqueting teams to develop culinary skills under the guidance of an experienced team.

Fluency in French and/or English, and enrollment in a hospitality programme are requested. The internship offers housing assistance for international students, complimentary lunches on duty, and exposure to an international hotel environment.

• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards throughout all kitchen operations.
• Supporting the team in organising each service while ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Contributing to the creation and testing of new recipes under the Chef's supervision.
• Ensuring that every dish leaves the kitchen with an impeccable presentation.

Hilton Brussels Grand Place is looking for a passionate and motivated Kitchen Trainee for an internship of at least 3 months starting in 2026. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and professional environment, right in the heart of Brussels.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work within our restaurant and Banqueting department, where you can develop your culinary skills and learn alongside a welcoming and experienced team.

Your responsibilities will include:
