Job summary

Hilton Brussels Grand Place is offering a Meetings & Events Trainee internship in Brussels. You will work with an experienced team learning every aspect of event management, from client contact to proposals and contracting.

You will gain practical experience in hotel management and customer service within a prestigious international setting, with opportunities for internal training and networking, plus housing and transportation support for international students.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality/PR/Business/Event Management or related field.
• Internship agreement starting December/January 2027 for a minimum 6 months is required.
• Positive, dynamic attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Strong administrative and/or commercial skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for clients; respond to requests and prepare offers.
• Learn drafting contracts and managing invoicing.
• Help ensure guest satisfaction during stay and events.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Front Office to plan events.

Hilton Brussels Grand Place is looking for an energetic and motivated trainee to join our team as a Meetings & Events Trainee. If you are looking for a rewarding experience full of opportunities to learn and grow, you have come to the right place!

This internship will give you an exciting insight into the world of meetings and events within our hotel. Working alongside our experienced team, you will actively contribute to the full management of our guests' events, in a friendly and stimulating environment.

What will your responsibilities be?

• You will be the first point of contact for our clients, responding to their requests and preparing attractive offers and proposals.

• You will learn all about drafting contracts and managing invoicing.

• You will help ensure our guests' satisfaction and well-being throughout their stay and event.

• By taking part in our weekly meetings, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Front Office teams to coordinate and plan upcoming events.

Who are we looking for?

• You are comfortable communicating in both English and French with our international clientele. Knowledge of Dutch or any other language is a plus!

• You are studying Hospitality Management, Public Relations, Business, Event Management or a related field and have an internship agreement starting from December/ January 2027 for a minimum period of 6 months!

• Above all, we are looking for someone who is positive, dynamic and eager to learn.

• Strong administrative and/or commercial skills are a great advantage.
