Hilton Brussels Grand Place is seeking an enthusiastic Front Office Trainee to gain hands-on experience in a prestigious international hotel in Brussels. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and assist with guest requests while learning hotel operations from an experienced Front Office team.

You should be studying Hospitality Management or Tourism, speak English and French well, and be proactive, organized, and a team player.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field with an internship agreement for at least 6 months.
• Fluent English and French communication with international guests; Dutch is a strong asset.
• Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a warm, personalized check-in/check-out experience.
• Coordinate daily arrivals and departures.
• Handle guest requests and anticipate needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage guest information in hotel systems.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B for seamless guest experiences.
• Respond professionally to feedback and resolve issues.

As a Front Office Trainee, you will be at the heart of the guest experience, playing a key role in making every stay special. From welcoming guests to handling their requests, you will discover the daily operations of our Front Office department while developing valuable hospitality skills.

What will you be doing?

• Welcome our guests and ensure a smooth and personalized check‑in and check‑out experience.

• Prepare and coordinate daily arrivals and departures.

• Handle guest requests and anticipate their needs to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

• Manage and update guest information in our hotel systems.

• Collaborate with other departments (Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B) to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Respond to guest feedback and complaints professionally, always looking for the best possible solution.

• Go the extra mile to create memorable moments for our guests.

• Discover Hilton's standards of excellence and develop your knowledge of hotel operations.

What we're looking for

• You are currently studying Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field, and you have an internship agreement for a minimum of 6 months.

• You are comfortable communicating in both English and French with our international guests. Knowledge of Dutch or any additional language is a strong asset.

• You are passionate about hospitality and genuinely enjoy interacting with people.

• You have excellent communication skills and a natural sense of customer service.

• You are organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with computer systems.

• You are a team player with a positive attitude and a hands‑on mentality.

• You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn.

• You can remain calm and professional when facing challenging situations.

• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus, but your motivation and enthusiasm matter most!
