Securitas Technology Belgium seeks an experienced Account Manager from the security industry to strengthen our Sales organization and drive growth in Belgium. You will develop long-term client relationships, identify opportunities, and position our advanced security and ICT solutions.

This role focuses on expanding the customer portfolio, achieving order intake targets, and collaborating with Engineering, Operations and Marketing to deliver tailored security and ICT offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Account Manager / Sales role.
• Strong understanding of Security and/or ICT technologies.
• Ability to clearly explain technical solutions and demonstrate added value.
• Strong commercial drive, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A proactive, dynamic and professional attitude.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell solutions such as video surveillance, access control, intrusion systems, ICT infrastructure, networking, servers, virtualization, and more.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions together with our internal experts.
• Identify new market segments and support lead generation initiatives.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and build long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Back Office, Marketing, etc.) to deliver strong results.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager (ONLY COMING FROM SECURITY INDUSTRY) to further strengthen our Sales organization and support the growth of Securitas Technology in Belgium. In this role, you will develop long-term client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and position our advanced Security solutions in your market segment.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
