Securitas Technology Belgium seeks an Accounting Manager in Diegem to own statutory and group accounting & reporting while leading the GL and AP teams.

Reporting to the CFO, you will ensure timely monthly closing, coordinate VAT and corporate tax matters, and drive IFRS consolidation and intercompany processes with D365/Tagetik. Dutch/English fluency and French understanding are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting experience favourably within a corporate environment.
• Experience with statutory reporting, external audits, VAT and corporate tax processes.
• Experience with IFRS group reporting and consolidation.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with a good understanding of French.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP/reporting systems experience.
• Experience with D365, Oracle and/or Tagetik is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage reporting through D365 and Tagetik.
• Coordinate intercompany positions and settlements.
• Review and validate VAT declarations and coordinate corporate tax reporting with external advisors.
• Prepare the annual statutory accounts.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external auditors.
• Manage, coach and support the GL & AP accounting team.
• Work closely with the CFO, Controlling and FP&A teams.
• Provide ad hoc financial reporting and analysis to the business.

Are you an experienced accounting professional ready to combine hands-on accounting expertise with team leadership?

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join our Finance team in Diegem. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take ownership of statutory and group accounting & reporting while leading and supporting our GL and AP team.

Your responsibilities:

As Accounting Manager, you will:

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing and financial reporting in line with Belgian GAAP and IFRS
• Prepare, analyse and report monthly results, balance sheet, cash flow and Group reporting schedules
• Manage reporting through D365 and Tagetik
