Securitas Technology Belgium is seeking an experienced Account Manager from the security industry to grow our sales footprint in Belgium. You will develop long-term client relationships, identify opportunities, and position our security and ICT solutions with internal experts.

You’ll drive order intake, meet commercial targets, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Back Office, and Marketing to deliver value to customers while maintaining a strong focus on service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Account Manager / Sales role.
• Strong understanding of Security and/or ICT technologies.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow your customer portfolio through proactive prospecting and strategic account management.
• Drive order intake and achieve commercial targets in line with Securitas Technology’s vision.
• Promote and sell solutions such as video surveillance, access control, intrusion systems, ICT infrastructure, networking, servers, virtualization, and more.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions together with our internal experts.
• Identify new market segments and support lead generation initiatives.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and build long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Back Office, Marketing, etc.) to deliver strong results.
