Securitas is seeking an operational leader in Belgium to manage contracts, service delivery, and client onboarding within CSM and ERP systems. You will coordinate with Sales, Project Management, and IT teams to establish efficient workflows and maintain service levels.

The role requires a diplomatic, customer-oriented mindset, resilience under pressure, and bilingual communication across NL/FR and FR/ENG. A technical background and ITIL foundation are valued assets.

Qualifications

• A diplomatic approach and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lead without formal authority, negotiate, solve problems, and remain resilient under stress.
• At least bilingual: NL/FR or FR/NL or NL/ENG or FR/ENG.
• A Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience is a plus.
• Technical knowledge of security technologies or telecommunications with ICT affinity is preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Project Management, Service Management, Contract Management, or Account Management.
• Knowledge of legislation related to private and specialized security is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Set up maintenance plans, UC's/OLA's, and the financial framework of contracts.
• Coordinate handover with Sales and Project Management for a smooth client transition.
• Implement and manage contracts within CSM and ERP tools.
• Actively participate in daily operations such as incident management, escalation management, and change control.
• Handle client onboarding and lead kick-off meetings to establish operational workflows.
• Monitor and evaluate service levels on a monthly basis.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support internal optimization initiatives.
• Maintain regular contact with client relationship managers and align with the SMO Manager.
