Resolvo Engineering B.V. is seeking a Junior International Support Engineer in Belgium to diagnose and resolve technical issues on advanced automation systems across Europe.

You will start with an intensive 4–8 week training at the international academy before joining field assignments and remote support across Europe. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, learning, and collaboration with R&D and engineering teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong technical curiosity in automation and high-tech systems.
• Basic knowledge of programming, electronics, or control systems is a plus.

No experience with our products? No problem!

You'll start with an intensive 4–8-week training programme at the company's international training academy at its headquarters. You'll receive all the technical knowledge and practical skills needed to become a specialist.

Your challenge

As a Junior International Support Engineer, you'll support customers and colleagues throughout Europe by diagnosing and resolving technical issues involving advanced industrial automation systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support for advanced industrial automation solutions.
• Troubleshooting electrical, electronic, software, communication and hardware integration issues.
• Recreating customer environments in the technical laboratory to investigate and resolve complex technical problems.
• Supporting customers remotely and travelling throughout Europe for installations, commissioning, troubleshooting and technical assistance.
• Working closely with R&D, Product Management and Engineering teams to improve products and customer solutions.
• Performing system testing, diagnostics and validation.
• Delivering product demonstrations and technical training.
• Supporting new product launches and innovative automation projects.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for curious and motivated engineers who enjoy learning new technologies and solving complex technical problems.

You have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Engineering Physics, Automation, Aviation Engineering or another technical engineering discipline).
• Up to 2 years of professional experience. Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• A strong technical curiosity and genuine interest in automation and high‑tech systems.
• Basic knowledge of programming, electronics, industrial communication or control systems (an advantage, but not essential).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• A valid driver’s licence.
• The legal right to work in Belgium (visa sponsorship is unfortunately not available).

Availability: Able to start as soon as possible.
