An Engineering Company in Melsele, Belgium seeks a motivated Junior Field Service Technician to install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot automated warehouse systems, including Modula lifts, with regular travel across the Benelux.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 0-3 years experience is suitable. Strong technical interest, practical mindset, problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn are essential. Category B driving licence is required.

Responsabilités

• Install and assemble automated warehouse systems and Modula lifts.
• Perform electrical and mechanical installation activities.
• Assist with commissioning and putting installations into operation.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and service activities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
• Identify root cause of technical problems and implement solutions.
• Record completed work and findings in company systems.
• Communicate professionally with customers and project managers.
• Provide technical input and recommendations when required.
• Work closely with experienced technicians and progressively take on more responsibility.
• Support the installation and maintenance of other automated logistics systems.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Experience: 0-3 years

Salary: €2,500-€4,000 gross per month, depending on education, experience and technical skills

About the Role

An Engineering Company is looking for a motivated and hands-on Junior Field Service Technician to join its team in Melsele, Belgium.

In this role, you will work on the installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of automated warehouse and logistics systems, including Modula vertical storage lifts.

You will travel to customer sites across the Benelux, working alongside experienced technicians and gradually developing the skills required to work independently.

Fresh graduates are very welcome. Previous field service experience is not required.

We are primarily looking for someone with a strong technical interest, a practical mindset, good problem-solving skills and the motivation to learn.
