Resolvo Engineering B.V. is seeking a Junior International Support Engineer in Belgium to diagnose and resolve technical issues on advanced automation systems across Europe.

You will start with an intensive 4–8 week training at the international academy before joining field assignments and remote support across Europe. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, learning, and collaboration with R&D and engineering teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong technical curiosity in automation and high-tech systems.
• Basic knowledge of programming, electronics, or control systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for advanced industrial automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, software, communication and hardware integration issues.
• Recreate customer environments in the lab to investigate and resolve issues.
• Support customers remotely and travel across Europe for installations and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Management and Engineering teams to improve products and solutions.
• Perform system testing, diagnostics and validation.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical training.
• Assist with new product launches and automation projects.
