Job summary

ICMPD in Brussels, Belgium seeks a Junior ICT Officer – Service Desk to provide first-line support for the organisation's ICT services. You will handle incidents and requests via the Service Portal, assist end-users, and contribute to the timely resolution of IT issues in line with ICMPD procedures.

The role sits in the ICT Unit within the Management Directorate. The successful candidate will work with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams and SharePoint Online, and collaborate with regional

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor’s with equivalent experience in IT infrastructure and support.
• Experience in IT service desk or technical support environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and document management.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via Service Portal.
• Resolve incidents and service requests with defined procedures.
• Escalate complex cases to higher-level support as needed.
• Support Microsoft Teams/SharePoint Online and document management.
• Assist project teams with ICT services and equipment provisioning.
