Job summary

ICMPD Türkiye Temsilciliği is seeking a Junior ICT Officer – Service Desk to provide first-level support across the organisation's ICT services. The role focuses on incident handling, user assistance, and adherence to ICT procedures in a regional office setting.

Responsibilities include supporting Microsoft 365 services (Teams and SharePoint Online), assisting with device management, and contributing to knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT or related field, or Bachelor’s with 2 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in an IT service desk or technical support.
• Experience with Active Directory and remote support tools.
• Experience with ITSM systems and Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint Online).
• ITIL Foundation certification and SAP Business One experience are assets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a client‑oriented approach.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; local language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support and incident management with logging, categorisation and escalation as needed.
• Provide Tier 2 support for specific ICT services, including device management and access rights.
• Assist project teams with Microsoft Teams document libraries and collaboration practices.
