EY, a leading professional services firm, seeks a Junior Consultant for CFO Services - Industries in Diegem. You will join Assurance to support clients with IFRS/GAAP insights and use data analytics to deliver transparent financial reporting.

Responsibilities include working with client finance teams, improving closing processes, and strengthening internal controls. English plus Dutch/French is required, with a start in October 2027.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics.
• Pragmatic, creative and solution-minded.
• Analytical and logical mindset.
• Ability to convey complex topics clearly to a broad audience.
• Proactive approach to project delivery.
• Experience with SAP/HFM/QlikView/Spotfire is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on delivery of implementation projects and resolution of IFRS/GAAP accounting issues.
• Collaborate with clients' financial reporting teams to improve reporting processes.
• Improve client closing processes and accelerate production of statutory and reporting data.
• Enhance internal controls around financial information production.
• Review and implement cost accounting structures and dashboards (cockpit approach).
• Conduct analyses on accounting policies to support due diligence, IPO, or financing needs.
