Ernst & Young in Gent is seeking a Junior Accounting & Business Consultant to help clients across industries. You will move from manual accounting work to becoming a trusted business advisor, delivering innovative finance solutions that create competitive advantage.

The role suits graduates in finance/economics, fluent in Dutch and/or French with strong English, and a desire to grow through EY training. September 2027 start and a clear career path are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in finance/economics orientation.
• Graduate this year or up to 1 year experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, good written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Support accounting & compliance tasks (year-end closings, audit assistance, financial statements, tax/VAT returns).
• Work on management reports, budgeting, analytical bookkeeping and financial analysis.
• Assist in general accounting and internal optimization projects as needed.
• Be an active member of EYnovation ecosystem with an entrepreneurial approach.
