EY Belgium in Diegem is seeking a Finance & Accounting Professional to grow into a Trusted Advisor, delivering tailored financial solutions for a diverse client base. You will work on accounting, compliance and reporting tasks across industries.

This role offers a flexible hybrid working model, ongoing learning programs, and a clear path toward chartered accountant status while you develop a broad set of technical and advisory skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or economics.
• First relevant experience in finance and/or accounting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and/or French; fluent in English.
• Team player, curious, client- and results-oriented.
• Willing to follow trainings; chartered accountant (ITAA) is an option.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with financial (digital) processes and tax compliance.
• Work on management reports, budgeting and analytical bookkeeping.
• Support in general accounting, credit control and internal projects.
