LEGALFLY BV in Ghent is seeking a customer-focused starter eager to grow into a Customer Success career within a hyper-growth AI legal platform. You will own the full customer lifecycle for smaller accounts, onboarding, training and renewal, identify expansion opportunities, and build scalable back-office workflows to reduce manual work.

You’ll manage the Zendesk support queue, drive feature adoption, capture feedback for Product, and learn the commercial side by supporting renewals to grow into

Qualifications

• Proven? track record in Customer Success or eagerness to grow into CS.
• AI native and excited to work with cutting-edge product.
• Organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple customers and tickets.

Responsabilités

• Own customer growth and retention: manage onboarding, training, renewal, and expansion opportunities.
• Build the back office that scales customer success: create workflows and playbooks to reduce manual work.
• Own the support pipeline: manage Zendesk tickets and escalate when needed.
• Drive adoption: help customers get most from the platform and guide new features.
• Be the voice of the customer: share feedback with Product, Solutions and Marketing.
• Learn the commercial side: support renewals and growth to become a full CS Manager.
