Netcompany Belgium is seeking an ITSM Configuration Manager to standardise CM across ITSM processes and drive CMDB strategy. You will lead governance boards, ensure data quality, and align CM strategies across services in a multi-site environment.

The role requires a strong ITSM background, ITIL/IT4IT knowledge, and excellent communication. A hybrid work model and ongoing professional development are offered, with English as a must and French as a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of IT service management experience in multi-tower/multi-site environments.
• Strong ITSM knowledge (ITIL, IT4IT).
• Proven experience delivering CMDB and ITSM processes in complex environments.
• Analytical skills to interpret data for forecasting/decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; English required; French a strong plus.
• Certifications in ITIL 4 MP / ITIL v3 / IT4IT / UML, BPMN 2.0 / BPM (OCEB) are beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Drive development, adoption, and standardisation of CM across ITSM processes.
• Contribute to CM strategy, objectives, and roadmap; ensure alignment across services.
• Ensure CM process and CMDB framework are implemented, fit for purpose, and compliant with enterprise standards.
• Facilitate advisory and tactical boards with stakeholders for governance and alignment.
• Oversee the centralized CMDB and toolset; ensure integration, data quality, and optimisation.
• Define and assign roles for Configuration Process Owners, CI Owners, and Controllers.
• Define, monitor, and report on CM KPIs to drive improvement.
• Maintain process documentation and lead regular maturity reviews.
