Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an IT Support professional in Belgium to join a dynamic team. You will interact with external suppliers, visit sites, provide user support for department applications, test features, document IT procedures, and contribute to improvement projects.

Reporting to the System Development Operations Manager, you will analyze data and prepare reports in Excel and Power BI, collaborating closely with the IT department and application users; fluency in Dutch, French, and English

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• First experience in IT support.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Driver's license required.
• Dynamic, with good communication skills, and ready to join a fun team.

Responsibilities

• You communicate with external suppliers.
• You visit operational sites to identify and understand technical issues.
• You provide user support for the department's applications and analyze requests to propose effective solutions.
• You test new features and contribute to system and digital application improvement projects.
• As a key user, you help document IT procedures and usage guidelines.
