Michael Page zoekt een proactieve IT Support Specialist L1 voor onze klant in Brussel. Je verleent eerstelijns en tweedelijns ondersteuning aan interne gebruikers (op locatie en op afstand) in een dynamische, servicegerichte omgeving.

Vereisten: maximaal 3 jaar IT-ondersteuningservaring, sterke kennis van Windows OS en Microsoft 365, basisnetwerken; uitstekende Engelse communicatie; klantgericht en zelfstandig kunnen werken.

Qualifications

• Max 3 years of IT support / Service Desk / Helpdesk ervaring.
• Sterke kennis van Windows OS, Microsoft 365 en basisnetwerken.
• Uitstekende communicatie in het Engels (verplicht).
• Klantgerichte houding met sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
• Proactief, oplossingsgericht en in staat zelfstandig te werken.
• In staat om meerdere taken tegelijk te prioriteren.

Responsabilités

• Eerstelijns IT-ondersteuning aan interne gebruikers (op locatie en remote).
• Diagnosticeer en los hardware-, software- en netwerkproblemen op.
• Beheer incidenten en serviceverzoeken via een ticketsysteem.
• Installeer, configureer en onderhoud IT-apparatuur (laptops, desktops, mobiele apparaten).
• Escaleer complexe zaken naar hogere ondersteuning indien nodig.
• Zorg voor tijdige oplossing van incidenten binnen SLA's.
• Lever uitstekende klantenservice en bevorder gebruikerstevredenheid.
• Draag bij aan IT-documentatie en kennisbank.

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our client's team in Brussels. You will play a key role in providing first- and second-line technical support to end users within a dynamic service-driven environment. IT Support Specialist L1 - Business Services - Brussels

• Provide first IT support to internal users (onsite and remote)
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage and track incidents and service requests using a ticketing system
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (laptops, desktops, mobile devices)
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents within SLAs
• Deliver a high level of customer service and user satisfaction
• Contribute to IT documentation and knowledge base

Profiel

• Previous experience in IT support / Service Desk / Helpdesk - max 3 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory) - both written and spoken
• Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently
