Michael Page International Belgium is seeking an IT Support professional to join a dynamic team in Vilvoorde. You will communicate with external suppliers, visit sites to identify issues, and provide user support for departmental applications while proposing effective solutions.

You will test new features and contribute to system and digital application improvement projects, document IT procedures as a key user, and analyze data to prepare Excel and Power BI reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• First experience in IT support.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Driver's license required.
• Dynamic with good communication skills.
