Aerospacelab in Belgium is seeking an IT Support Engineer to handle user helpdesk requests, manage incidents, and maintain IT infrastructure across Windows, Linux, and Apple ecosystems.

The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork, with fluency in French and English. You will work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and contribute to knowledge base improvements and CMDB upkeep.

Qualifications

• Advanced technical skills across Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Apple products (MacOS/iPadOS/iOS) and Microsoft Office 2013/2016/Office365 Suite, Teams/Skype/Zoom.
• Understanding of Antivirus protection software and VPN solutions, networking configuration and management.
• Advanced print management solution support and AV/conference room tools knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to user helpdesk calls and advise on actions to take.
• Ensure daily follow-up of calls from problem recording to resolution and deadlines.
• CMDB update tasks after incident resolutions and change implementations.
• User-rights management and adherence to processes and procedures.
• Propose and improve Knowledge Base articles and assist during workload spikes.
