Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality IT support through phone, email, chat, remote assistance and face-to-face contact, while ensuring all requests are accurately logged and followed up in the ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Mobile devices, printers, network connectivity and business applications.
• Support all users, including senior stakeholders and Partners, with professionalism, discretion and a strong focus on business-critical needs.
• Deliver technical support for meetings, video conferences, hearings and events, including setup, testing and live assistance for audiovisual equipment.
• Contribute to IT asset management, internal documentation, service improvement initiatives and local or global IT projects.
