Netcompany Belgium is seeking a Team Leader for on-site IT support in Brussels. You will lead proximity IT teams, manage daily operations, and coordinate improvements across end-user infrastructure. This pivotal role requires hands-on leadership, strong SLAs focus, and effective escalation management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of Team Leader experience, or Master’s degree with 5 years as a Team Leader.
• Extensive experience coordinating Proximity IT Support teams on-site.
• Strong interaction with end-users, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
• Leadership and project management with a track record of guiding daily operations.
• Experience with ITIL practices, preferably ITIL v4.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Experience in EU Institutions environment is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead Proximity IT Support teams and foster high-performing environment.
• Manage daily team operations: shift planning, task definition, resource usage.
• Conduct service reviews, quality control, and risk analysis to meet SLAs.
• Oversee call handling, escalation procedures, and problem reporting.
• Provide regular status reports to management (daily, monthly, yearly).
• Coordinate change control for physical IT assets and support methodologies.
• Drive small to medium scale improvement/deployments for end-user infrastructure.
• Act as final escalation for complex user issues with hands-on experience.
