ITProposal is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join the Belgian team on an on-call basis. The role focuses on providing onsite assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software, and ensuring smooth operation of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

The successful candidate will handle end-user devices and operating systems, deliver excellent customer service, and escalate complex issues as required while meeting SLA expectations. Belgium residence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in onsite IT support or desktop support.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in Belgium.
• Availability for on-call assignments.

Responsabilités

• Provide onsite IT support and break/fix services to users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues as they arise.
• Install, configure, and replace desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Support end-user devices and operating systems during incidents.
• Escalate complex technical issues when needed and document resolutions.
