Dataroots is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to source, evaluate, interview, close, and onboard candidates for the Strategy & Analytics team. You will build a strong network in the IT and business world and manage job openings with enthusiasm to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

You’ll split time between our Leuven headquarters and Ghent office, with flexibility to work from home on non-office days. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on IT recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, interview, close, and onboard candidates.
• Recruit profiles for Strategy & Analytics team (Analytics Engineers, AI Strategists, Data Governance Experts).
• Build a strong network via LinkedIn, events, job fairs and referrals.
