Dataroots BVBA in Leuven is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to own sourcing, evaluating, interviewing, closing, and onboarding IT talent for our Strategy & Analytics team.

You will build a network via LinkedIn, events and referrals, manage openings with precision, and create a smooth candidate experience, with hybrid work between Leuven and Ghent.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required, French is a plus; 3+ years IT recruitment experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree are expected.

The Job

Since 2016, Dataroots has grown from its two founders to over 160 employees. To continue this growth, we’re looking for a true Dataroots ambassador who can bring the right talent on board and help elevate our recruitment team to the next level.

As our newest Recruitment Specialist, you’ll be solely responsible for sourcing, evaluating, interviewing, closing, and onboarding candidates. In this role, you’ll recruit profiles such as Analytics Engineers, AI Strategists, Data Governance Experts,… for our Strategy & Analytics team.

To achieve this, you’ll build a strong network in the IT and business world through LinkedIn, events, job fairs, referrals, and other creative channels. You’ll also manage job openings with enthusiasm and precision, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

As a recruitment specialist at Dataroots, you’ll have a few dedicated office days in our Leuven headquarters. Whenever you’re not in Leuven, you can choose to work from home or from our Ghent office.
