Sphere Defense is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to lead the recruitment of engineering talent across Belgium and Europe. You will manage interview processes, maintain a white-glove candidate experience, and act as the company ambassador during screening calls.

The role supports onsite in Brussels or hybrid work arrangements, requiring strong communication in English and familiarity with ATS tools like Greenhouse or Ashby. Fluency in Dutch or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Humanities or equivalent.
• Experience recruiting for technical organizations.
• Experience using ATS systems such as Greenhouse or Ashby.
• Experience in outreach with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Dutch or French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to recruit top engineering and technical talent.
• Be the single point of contact for candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Represent the company to candidates during screening calls.
• Guide candidates through the interview journey and respond promptly.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Coordinate with external recruiting agencies and partners.
