An IT service provider in Brussels is looking for a technical support specialist to install, troubleshoot, and fix desktops, laptops, and printers. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be bilingual in English and the local language, and proficient in Windows and MAC OS. Responsibilities include managing peripheral hardware and providing smart hand support. Familiarity with ticketing tools and networking concepts is an advantage. This role requires the ability to work well under deadlines and deliver results efficiently.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with ticketing tools is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot end-user network cabling issues.

Responsabilités

• Install and troubleshoot desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Provide desk side support and basic administration of operating systems.
• Manage network hardware and perform smart hand activities.
