The Hoxton Brussels is seeking a proactive hospitality assistant to support the GM and department heads in delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will help with reporting, SOPs, and coordinating with external vendors for FF&E/OS&E, while linking operations data to the hotel budget for improvements.

Responsabilités

• Support hotel challenges in collaboration with the GM.
• Engage with HODs to assist with challenges.
• Assist GM with reporting and SOPs.
• Proactively handle tasks discussed with the GM.
• Coordinate with third parties on FF&E and OS&E orders.
• Link operational data to the hotel budget and identify improvements.
• Manage projects from setup through implementation and follow-up.
• Ensure smooth handover of ongoing projects.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Support ad-hoc challenges of the hotel; in collaboration with GM.
• Actively engage with HODs to support them where needed in challenges.
• Assist GM directly with organisational jobs and processes such as reporting and SOPs.
• Proactively and independently work on tasks discussed with GM.
• Contact third parties to inquire about FF&E and OS&E and place orders in collaboration with GM and others involved.
• Link operational data with the hotel budget and suggest points of improvements
• Project Management from set up phase over implementation and follow up + corrective measures
• Ensure handover of projects ongoing
