Job summary

The Hoxton Brussels is offering a hospitality internship where you are the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in experience in a buzzing hotel setting. You will assist with guest requests, support the Front Office team, and handle light admin tasks while learning the ropes of hotel operations.

This internship runs for a minimum of 3 months, starts immediately, and includes a monthly stipend of 550€ (with Belgian interns exempt as applicable), transport

Responsibilities

• Be the first face guests see and create a welcoming experience.
• Assist with check-ins/outs and handle billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with Front Office and other teams to manage occupancy levels.
• Answer phones, handle requests, and provide local recommendations.
• Handle light administrative tasks and paperwork as needed.

• Deal with the coming and going of guests, making sure all bills are correct and contain no surprises
• Work with all our teams to make sure we're always busy, and help our Front Office Manager with any overbooking levels
• Answer phones, sort out requests, give recommendations to the best show to see and the latest pop-up restaurant to try in the area - you're the one-stop-shop for our guests to turn to
• You’re our gatekeeper for the hotel. You know who’s who and what’s what.
• And yes, there’s a little admin... Some expenses, some lists and a stationary order or two. But let’s face it, we know you love that!

It features 198 rooms of various sizes, a lofty double-height lobby, a bar, a coffee bar, a Peruvian-inspired restaurant - Cantina Valentina, a rooftop bar – TOPE - that offers stunning views across the city, and The Apartment, our unique meetings & events concept.
