• Support front desk operations, process bills accurately, and assist with general admin tasks.

THE HOXTON BRUSSELS is hiring through Hosco in Brussels. The Hoxton, Brussels is our first hotel in Belgium, occupying a brutalist-style tower building and the former European headquarters of IBM. It features 198 rooms of various sizes, a lofty double-height lobby, a bar, a coffee bar, a Peruvian-inspired restaurant - Cantina Valentina, a rooftop bar – TOPE - that offers stunning views across the city, and The Apartment, our unique meetings & events concept.

What you’ll do...

• You’re the first face our guests see, and you have your own way of treating them as individuals, making them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox wayDeal
• Deal with the coming and going of guests, making sure all bills are correct and contain no surprises
• Work with all our teams to make sure we're always busy, and help our Front Office Manager with any overbooking levels
• Answer phones, sort out requests, give recommendations to the best show to see and the latest pop-up restaurant to try in the area - you're the one-stop-shop for our guests to turn to
• You’re our gatekeeper for the hotel. You know who’s who and what’s what.
• And yes, there’s a little admin... Some expenses, some lists and a stationary order or two. But let’s face it, we know you love that!
