Job summary

The Hoxton Brussels is seeking a proactive hospitality professional to support the General Manager with daily operations, reporting, and SOPs. You will collaborate with department heads to address challenges, manage projects end-to-end, and coordinate with external partners for FF&E/OS&E orders.

You will join a team that values hands-on problem solving, a positive attitude, and a willingness to do things differently. The role offers a monthly stipend plus transport reimbursement and staff perks.

• Interest in hospitality and guest experience.
• Ability to work with management on reporting and SOPs.
• Willingness to take on varied tasks and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support ad-hoc challenges of the hotel in collaboration with GM.
• Engage with HODs to assist in challenges.
• Assist GM with organizational tasks such as reporting and SOPs.
• Independently handle tasks discussed with GM.
• Coordinate with third parties for FF&E and OS&E orders with GM.
• Link operational data with the hotel budget and suggest improvements.
• Manage projects from setup to implementation and follow-up.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Support ad-hoc challenges of the hotel; in collaboration with GM.


• Actively engage with HODs to support them where needed in challenges.


• Assist GM directly with organisational jobs and processes such as reporting and SOPs.


• Proactively and independently work on tasks discussed with GM.


• Contact third parties to inquire about FF&E and OS&E and place orders in collaboration with GM and others involved.


• Link operational data with the hotel budget and suggest points of improvements


• Project Management from set up phase over implementation and follow up + corrective measures


• Ensure handover of projects ongoing
