Schneider Electric is offering an HR Intern position within the People Operations team in Ukkel, Belgium. The role focuses on creating and updating knowledge articles to ensure accurate information across HR portals and communications.

You will support the team in daily tasks, collaborate on governance improvements, and participate in ongoing projects, including off-boarding and bulk archiving, while learning in a structured program.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French or Dutch with good English; written and verbal communication in multiple languages.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilités

• Write and edit knowledge articles for HR portals and communications.
• Review existing articles for accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with People Operations on daily tasks and propose governance improvements.

What will be your mission?

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our People Operations team.As an HR People Operations Intern, you will assist in creating and managing communication published across our various portals. Your primary responsibilities will include writing, reviewing, and updating knowledge articles to ensure our employees have access to accurate and helpful information.

• Write and edit knowledge articles for HR communication portals
• Review existing articles for accuracy and relevance
• Collaborate with the People Operations on daily tasks and propose governance improvements
• Support the team in various communication initiatives
• Support on-going projects (off-boarding, bulk archiving).

What student are we looking for?

• Language: Fluency in French or Dutch, with good command of English
• Education: You are currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in human resources or a related field
• Enthusiastic and Driven: You have a go-getter and proactive attitude
• Excellent Communicator: Your interpersonal skills are top-notch, and you know how to build rapport with others, making you an outstanding relationship builder
