Schneider Electric in Belgium invites you to join the Student Empowerment Program as a Business Analyst Intern in Ukkel, Brussels. You will support the IT & Tools team, working with experienced users to gain practical analytics experience and exposure to enterprise tools.

You will perform Excel analyses, assist with SAP data extractions and CPQ tooling, help with reporting, training materials, and FAQs, and contribute to continuous improvement within a collaborative, international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
• Student in Business, IT, Data or related field.
• Comfortable with Excel; basic SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Curious, proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to speak up.
• Good communication skills and a team-player mindset.

Responsabilités

• Support Excel analyses and basic SAP data extractions.
• Provide first-line support for SAP / CPQ tools (access requests, basic questions).
• Assist with reporting and operational analytics, identifying what makes sense from a business perspective.
• Create and update training materials, user guides, and FAQs for IT and Best-of-Breed tools.

Your mission

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will support the IT & Tools team in day-to-day operational and analytical activities. Working closely with experienced key users, you will:

• Support Excel analyses and basic SAP data extractions
• Provide first-line support for SAP / CPQ tools (access requests, basic questions)
• Assist with reporting and operational analytics, identifying what makes sense from a business perspective
• Create and update training materials, user guides, and FAQs for IT and Best-of-Breed tools
• Test tools and support continuous improvement initiative

Your profile

• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus
• Student in Business, IT, Data, or a related field
