Oniverse Belgium is seeking a student or HR intern to support the daily activities of the Human Resources department in Belgium. You will manage personnel files, HR documentation, and the internal HR database, and assist with employment contracts and recruitment.

You are currently studying HR or related fields, with strong communication in French and English; Dutch is a plus. The role is a 3-month full-time placement in an international environment, offering hands-on HR experience.

Qualifications

• Studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Office Administration or related field.
• Seeking a student job or internship to gain HR experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication in French & English.
• Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• Organized, structured and detail-oriented; able to handle confidential documents.

Responsabilités

• Manage and update employee personnel files.
• Organize and archive HR documentation and update the internal HR database.
• Prepare employment contracts and amendments.
• Support the recruitment process and general HR administration tasks.
