Data Wizards in Brussels is seeking an HR intern to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition. You will work closely with our HR Business Partner and participate in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer, while learning how AI can enhance hiring.

This internship offers real ownership of tasks, a monthly compensation, and a supportive startup environment with learning, feedback, and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Currently studying (Bachelor or Master) and able to provide an internship agreement.
• First experience in HR, as a student or intern.
• Organized, proactive and takes initiative.
• Creative thinker with fresh ideas and people skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in full recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partner on candidate screening and interviews.
• Schedule interviews and manage follow-ups.
• Conduct pre-selection calls with candidates.
• Maintain a clean, structured candidate database.
• Help prepare candidate CVs for client submissions.

As the HR intern, you'll work closely with our HR Business Partner and be involved in the full recruitment process, from sourcing to offer.

What you'll do

• Learn how AI and recruitment can work together
• Search for candidates on LinkedIn and in our database, aligned with our current and upcoming projects
• Take ownership of interview scheduling and follow-ups
• Do pre-selection calls with candidates
• Create a smooth, positive experience for every candidate you interact with
• Keep our candidate database clean, structured and ready to use
• Nurture relationships with candidates, even outside active processes
• Help prepare candidate CVs for client submissions

You're a step closer to joining our team if you

• Are studying (Bachelor or Master) and can provide an internship agreement
• Have a first experience in HR, as a student or intern
• Are organized, proactive and like to take initiative
• Enjoy thinking creatively and bring fresh ideas

Practical Info

• Languages: fluent in French and/or Dutch and in English
• Location: Brussels
• Hybrid setup: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
