ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Desk Based Account Manager to manage a B2B customer portfolio in electronic security. You will handle inquiries, pursue upsell opportunities, and work with internal teams to deliver outstanding service in a dynamic environment.

You will learn security technology, sales strategy, and build expertise in access control, video surveillance, and smart building solutions. This is a full-time role with hybrid work (4 days on-site, 1 day remote).

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and French.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with eagerness to learn.
• Able to work in a dynamic, commercial environment.

JOB DUTIES:

• Manage and support a portfolio of B2B customers in the electronic security sector.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively reach out to clients.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow your accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
• Learn the ins and outs of security technology and sales strategy.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• A proactive, customer-focused mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Interest in technology, electronics, or security systems.
• A team player who enjoys working in a dynamic, commercial environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and French

• Previous experience in security sector
