Job summary

Splendit is seeking a driven Senior IT Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for IT consultants, including sourcing, screening, and candidate experience. You will source via LinkedIn, job boards, and networks, build a strong talent pool, and collaborate with sales and operations to match client needs. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• You have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within IT consultancy.
• You have a solid understanding of IT profiles and can distinguish between infrastructure, development, cloud, data, and cybersecurity roles.
• You are a skilled sourcer who knows how to identify and engage even the most hard-to-find IT professionals.
• You work independently, in a structured and results-oriented manner.
• You have excellent communication skills and a natural commercial mindset.
• You are entrepreneurial, proactive, and enjoy taking ownership and initiative.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a strong asset.
