Job summary

AbbVie Belgium is seeking a passionate and scientifically credible Medical Scientific Liaison to join its Gastroenterology Medical Affairs team. You will serve as a scientific expert and trusted partner to leading gastroenterologists, researchers, and healthcare professionals across Northern Belgium, building meaningful scientific collaborations and advancing patient care in gastroenterology.

As the key field-based representative of Medical Affairs, you will communicate complex scientific data

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field.
Strong ability to analyze and interpret clinical and scientific data.
Experience or strong knowledge in Gastroenterology, Immunology, or related areas preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic scientific partnerships with key opinion leaders and researchers in gastroenterology.
Deliver high-quality scientific exchange on AbbVie’s products and data.
Identify and communicate actionable medical insights and trends.
Support local medical projects, registries, and post-marketing studies.
Facilitate interactions with external experts and AbbVie Medical Affairs.
Provide scientific support for investigator-initiated research and publications.
