Your role

You are the first point of contact for IT-related questions within our organisation. You ensure that users are helped quickly and efficiently and support the daily management of our IT environment.

Supporting users with hardware and software problems

• Installing and configuring PCs, laptops and peripherals
• Managing user accounts and access rights
• Registering and following up on support requests
• Resolving network and connectivity problems
• Supporting IT projects and implementations
• Documenting procedures and solutions

Your profile

• You have a degree in IT or relevant experience
• You have knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365
• You are customer‑oriented and communicatively strong
• You work in a structured and solution‑oriented manner
• You are eager to learn and enjoy technical challenges
• Knowledge of networks is an advantage
