MSIG Europe SE is seeking a hands-on Workplace Support Engineer to deliver local first-line IT support for our employees. You will be the local face of IT, ensuring timely and professional assistance while maintaining a secure and modern workplace environment.

Responsibilities include handling on-site and remote support, resolving issues across laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools, and guiding onboarding and device deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in IT Support, Service Desk, or Workplace Support.
• Experience in a corporate IT environment.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, TOPdesk, Jira Service Management, or similar.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site and remote support for IT incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 apps, meeting room tech, and peripherals.
• Support user onboarding, offboarding, and workplace device deployment.
• Manage and update tickets via ITSM platform.
• Support endpoint management and device compliance using Microsoft Intune.
• Assist with endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, and device protection using Microsoft Defender.
• Follow ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge).
• Maintain documentation, asset records, and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to deliver excellent service.
