Huxley in Brussels seeks a seasoned Workplace Support Technician (Advanced) to join a large enterprise IT Workplace & Helpdesk team. You will provide 1st/2nd line support across Windows and Mac platforms, manage incidents, and support VIP users in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, deployment, asset management, and collaboration with internal teams. Hybrid work may be possible; relocation and travel to backups may be required.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience within IT Support, Workplace Services, or Helpdesk environments.
• Experience supporting large enterprise environments (+1,000 users).
• Strong exposure to both proximity support and hotline/service desk activities.
• Experience providing VIP support.
• Experience supporting mobile devices and mobility services.
• Good understanding of IT Service Management processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and workplace-related incidents.
• Manage and coordinate IT service requests from initiation to closure.
• Deliver support for laptops, desktops, smartphones, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Configure, install, and maintain Windows and Mac workstations.
• Manage workstation inventory and asset lifecycle processes.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Deliver VIP and executive-level support when required.
• Work closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to resolve operational issues.
• Support workplace transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to workplace and mobility projects.
• Advise users and stakeholders on workplace and mobile technology solutions.
