Jobat is seeking an IT support professional to provide 1st level assistance for hardware, software, networks, printers, and end-user devices. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot IT equipment and applications, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Collaborating with regional and global IT teams, you will manage IT assets, document infrastructure, and support procurement while maintaining security, backups, and recovery processes.

• Provide 1st level IT support for hardware, software, network, printers, and end-user devices.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and applications.
• Support users with daily IT issues and ensure smooth business operations.
• Coordinate with regional and global IT teams on projects and technical initiatives.
• Manage IT assets, including computers, servers, and network equipment.
• Maintain IT inventory, infrastructure documentation, and network diagrams.
• Monitor and maintain server room and IT infrastructure performance.
• Support IT procurement and ensure alignment with company standards.
• Administer business systems, user access, backups, and recovery processes.
• Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and routine health checks.
• Support change management, documentation, and compliance activities.
• Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and properly documented.
• Support audits, business continuity, and disaster recovery activities.
• Work with business users and external vendors to resolve issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT services and processes.
