SEIDOR in Brussels is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end service delivery in a hybrid work setup. You will coordinate projects from inception to completion, align with business objectives and manage stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree with seniority requirements.
• Experience with PRINCE2/PMBOK and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Lean Agile).
• Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans (scope, risks, milestones).
• 5+ years using JIRA and MS Project for project management.

Responsibilities

• Overall service coordination, delivery management, operational oversight, customer communication and service performance.
• Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, schedule, quality, and resource constraints.
• Define project objectives and business outcomes with the Business Manager, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring effective collaboration.
• Monitor project progress and performance, tracking costs, timelines, resources, risks, issues, and deliverables against approved plans and tolerances.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, implementing corrective actions and obtaining the required approval for changes to scope, schedule, or budget.
• Coordinate project governance, including progress meetings, working groups, reporting, quality reviews, and decision-making processes.
• Manage stakeholders and communication, using structured stakeholder mapping, communication plans, and regular status reporting aligned with the project governance framework.
• Ensure quality and compliance by maintaining project and quality plans and verifying that deliverables meet agreed requirements and standards.
• Provide effective project leadership, motivating team members, fostering collaboration, and supporting the development of skills and expertise.
• Report project status to stakeholders and management, providing accurate and timely information on progress, costs, resources, and expected outcomes.
